This year’s Kartini Day celebration was full of color and meaning. The joyful students of KB-TK Kristen Calvin dressed in various traditional costumes, proudly embracing Indonesia’s cultural spirit from an early age.
They listened to inspiring stories about R.A. Kartini, learned about different traditional "tampah" snacks, enjoyed a horse-drawn carriage ride, completed national hero puzzles, and sang “Ibu Kita Kartini” with enthusiasm.
Culture and history were introduced through fun and engaging experiences. Through this event, the children learned to appreciate the struggles of national heroes, love Indonesia, and carry on the legacy passed down to future generations.
