Sekolah Kristen Calvin is seeking a detail-oriented, responsible, and laboratory-oriented individual to join our team as a Laboran. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the laboratory, as well as preparing the necessary equipment and materials for practical activities. You will play an important role in supporting a smooth learning process through the proper management of equipment and materials, practical preparation, and maintaining laboratory safety and organization, reflecting the integrity, professionalism, and values of Sekolah Kristen Calvin.
Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment and materials to support practical activities.
- Ensure that the laboratory is clean, organized, safe, and ready for use.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of laboratory equipment and materials.
- Regularly inspect the condition and usability of laboratory equipment.
- Support teachers in preparing and conducting practical activities.
- Ensure that equipment and materials are used, stored, and managed in accordance with safety procedures.
Must Have
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of laboratory management and occupational safety.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic in record-keeping and inventory management.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
Nice to Have
- Possession of a certificate or training in laboratory Occupational Health and Safety (K3).
