Sekolah Kristen Calvin is seeking a committed and dedicated individual to join our team as a Library Staff member. This position plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the school and fostering an organized and efficient learning environment. We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a heart for service within a Christian values-based educational setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage book circulation, including borrowing, returns, and renewals
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and orderliness of the library space
- Provide information services and assist visitors in locating references
- Manage library collection and membership data (both manual and digital)
- Support literacy activities such as reading programs or library events
- Coordinate with teachers and staff regarding library resource needs

Perform other duties assigned by supervisors relevant to library operations
Must Have
- Minimum education: Senior High School or equivalent, preferably a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Library Science or a related field. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or library staff role
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proficient in computer usage and office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related tools)
- Interest in literacy and education
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work with a high level of accuracy
- Proactive, disciplined, and responsible
- Demonstrates strong Christian values and is willing to support the school’s vision and mission
