Sekolah Kristen Calvin is seeking individuals with a heart to serve and care for children as a Childcare Assistant Teacher. This position supports teachers in providing childcare, supervision, and learning activities while creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for children.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in supervising and caring for children during childcare activities
- Assist in meeting children's basic needs and maintaining their cleanliness and safety
- Support play-based and learning activities as directed by the teacher
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for children
- Work collaboratively with teachers and the team in carrying out childcare activities
Must Have
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Born again and have a genuine desire to serve children
- Patient, friendly, and enthusiastic in caring for and accompanying children
- Caring and responsible when working with children
- Able to work well as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Experience working or serving in childcare, education, or children's ministry
- Experience caring for or working with young children
